This project is an exterior and interior renovation for the Historic 1932 Mansion. The building was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1978 and now houses the offices of Westchester Community College's President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and other administration staff.
Architecture and engineering work involves mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems upgrade and associated interior modifications and finishes. In addition, the fire alarm system and the existing historic roofing system and associated flashing shall be replaced in kind.
LEED engineering and SHPO approvals are involved as well.
